		<description>Wow, this brings back memories—I tried out BFL back in 2002 and had great results.  I think the most interesting things I learned was that exercise was only 50% of the work, the other 50% was what you ate.  I also found out that getting enough sleep definitely helped the muscle recovery process.  And although it was a low carb and high protein diet, I would occasionally eat a baked potato about two hours prior to my workout to get that extra shot of energy while lifting weights.</description>

		<description>Nice one mate. I have been doing, P90X, myself. I have just started my 3rd round.. I&#039;ve had great results.. despite the fact that I do not stick to my diet as strictly as I would like.. and diet (for me at least) is definitely the /key/. We workout quite hard.. with cardio every day, but without a proper diet... shedding those last few bits of fat.. grrrr.

anyway... Keep it up and thank for the post.</description>
