		<description>Wow you look great. I have been wanting to try a diet and excersise programme for ages now, but I never do. There are always some excuses. But I think I will post my goals online as well, maybe it will help me with the motivation.  
 
Anyway, keep going the way you are. Very nice result, you should be proud. </description>
