We now have the Tomcat JumpBox upon which you can layer Railo (as you noted). You can then deploy a CF app ontop of that. EC2 hosting is cheap if you use Reserved instances (~$25/mo). It's a very flexible way to host your CF app and we will likely at some point put out a dedicated Railo JumpBox.
